Teacher: Colleen Durbin (firstname.lastname@example.org)
I have been a part of the Adam Lamb Preschool family for many years, as a parent and as a teacher. My husband and I have two daughters who both attended Adam Lamb Preschool. It is my philosophy to meet the needs of the whole child in order to nurture the growth and development of a well-rounded individual. Learning through play is an excellent way for preschoolers to accomplish this. I believe it is my responsibility as a teacher to plan and implement age appropriate activities that will meet the academic, social, emotional, physical, spiritual and artistic needs of the children.
For several years I balanced starting a family and my career, working part-time as a substitute teacher. I have taught at all grade levels in the local school districts of Fort Zumwalt and Wentzville. I gained invaluable experience along the way and it is a blessing to be a teacher at Adam Lamb Preschool!
