Staff Qualifications
The director and teachers hold 4 year degrees in the fields of early childhood education, elementary education and/or child and family development.
The aides and office assistant have educational training and/or two years of work experience.
All staff must be active participants in a Christian church.
On-going training in early childhood education, CPR, first aid, health and disability awareness, and parenting skills are provided for all staff.
Background checks are done at the time of hiring and every other year thereafter on all employees.

Adam Lamb Preschool offers a Christian based early childhood educational program for children 3 - 5 years of age. We are conveniently located in the Dardenne Presbyterian Church in Dardenne Praire, MO and serve the surrounding areas of New Melle, O'Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, and Winghaven. Adam Lamb Preschool has been part of these communities since 1987.
